Sometimes the Best Things Happen When You Give Them Time.
A batch of whiskey was set aside in barrels and left to mature far longer than originally planned. Years later, we opened those barrels and discovered something special: deeper character, richer flavor, and a whiskey that had benefited from every year in oak.
Made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, this bourbon was aged in new charred American oak and bottled at 80 proof to commemorate 30 years of West Virginia Fruit & Berry.
The result is a refined bourbon with notes of sweet caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and stone fruit. On the palate, soft vanilla and spice lead to warm cinnamon, black pepper, and a lingering, balanced finish.
With only 258 bottles available exclusively in West Virginia, this single-barrel release is a limited expression created to celebrate time, character, and the spirit of West Virginia.

Aged for four years in new charred American oak barrels, this bourbon combines a high-rye mash bill of 79% corn and 21% rye with natural blackberry extract.
