Appalachian Mule

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. West Virginia Fruit and Berry 304 Mountain Blackberry Bourbon

• Freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 lime

• ginger beer

• crushed ice

• optional blackberries for garnish

1. Add our bourbon and lime juice to an empty Moscow Mule mug or a highball glass. (We like copper mugs as they have superior thermal conduction to keep the crushed ice cold - as its the key to a great Mule!) 16oz mug shown.

2. Fill the mug or glass with crushed ice and top with ginger beer.

3. Add mint sprig and blackberries for garnish.
